The owner of Harp Strings is an Air Force brat and retired teacher. She uses USA hand made aluminum bracelet blanks. The aluminum is light weight, non allergenic and will not tarnish so it can be worn swimming and exercising as well. The number punches are antique, rescued from a farm in Nebraska. The coffee filter gift bags are sewn by single moms and elderly women in exchange for jewelry.
Besides the bracelets she also creates re-purposed jewelry from buttons that are from the 1800's. Many are purchased in Europe. With me being a vintage lover & having a love for European history, I instantly fell in love with her shop when I stumbled upon it on Etsy.

About Harp Strings
Lisa is an "Air Force Brat" and retired teacher. Her eldest son graduated from LSU & he wanted 'cool gifts' for friends. At the time she was living in Nebraska & had just started hand stamping jewelry. She instantly thought of the coordinates for Tiger Stadium & her coordinates cuffs were born. Her company is known for their stadium coordinate cuffs, but they can and have stamped many other locations. So, where's your sweet spot? Where you were married, favorite vacation spot, home, hospital where your children were born, bucket list destination? She can get the coordinates to anywhere in the world on these beautiful bracelets!
