Rarely do castle ruins impress my husband. It's probably because we have gone to so many of them, haha! However, he was anticipating this ruins due to having seen them from a helicopter above. Who is to blame him? With views of the Danuibe & a snow covered Walhalla the trip was exactly what we wanted. Much of the castle ruins are still standing today. The castle originally stretched over the entire hill with a size of three hectare!

One of the best things about these ruins was how it felt to be almost untouched. We only saw two other people roaming the grounds during the time we were there. The view looking down on the well and surrounding walls was also most impressive. I was anticipating every corner for each area had a new and awe-inspiring view to offer.
The pillars shown below, although replicas stand out against the ruins. They feature a semicircular niche with cushioned columns. It has a very Romanesque type appearance.

I love the information section at the bottom. Handy and extremely useful. I wish more sites had this much to offer. I hate bringing the giant stroller and not being able to use it

Thank you so much! I tried to do that to answer questions I often have myself. I figured my readers would wonder as well.

BRS or Bristol airport started as an ambitious flying club in 1927 by a few men. Since then, it has come a long way to become one of the fastest growing international airports in the entire UK. Everything in Bristol airport has seen a major surge right from the passenger terminal to the need for Bristol airport accommodation.

Heathrow Airport is the number one airport in Europe, and the largest in the world when comparing passenger movement numbers. It is located in the southwestern area of London, just 30kms from the heart of London town. Nevertheless, there are a number of hotels near Heathrow Airport.
