The Frauenkirche in Dresden is one of the few churches I have heard of that offers a large variety of tours. They even offer tours specifically for children. The tour up to the dome offers a panoramic view of Dresden. If that isn't your cup of tea, they also offer tours down to the crypts. Although I didn't do one of the tours due to a time restraint, even a quick visit of the inside is really marvelous.
If you don't want to do a tour, in addition to tours they offer the usual services, baptisms, and marriage ceremonies. The website even states that "Once a month, the Frauenkirche offers English language services. Usually (but not always) on the third Sunday of a month an Anglican evening prayer is held at 6 p.m." If you're in the Dresden area, it is worth a peek inside.
