Thomas & I volunteered a few days at The German/American Volksfest & then on one of the days we enjoyed ourselves. It reminded me of a small fair that we had in Georgia each year. The main difference was the food.
The stands offered every variety of food that you could think of & a few trinkets along the way as well. The heat was terrible so a lot of people were getting the beer. The most popular stand seemed to be the JMTC stand that had killer burgers! We even had vegetarian burgers. I would like to add that I helped make those burgers so of course they were yummy, haha!
