Although small due to Easter markets not being a big event in Germany, the Grafenwöhr Easter market is worth a browse. It has about 15 stands, which is nice because it isn't crowded like some cities tend to get with markets. The options of merchandise vary from jewelry, to hand painted eggs, & wreaths. Unlike larger cities there aren't multiples of the same stand and it is only held one day. Due to that you have to decide that day to purchase the item and it is best to head out early to get first choice.
I took a student teacher with me that is teaching at the school I work at and she bought two egg ornaments & I bought a hand carved bunny that a wood carver was carving at a table. They had some wood pieces they were painting as well. I personally prefer the natural wooden style so I stuck with the raw look. Although the market is small and simple it is worth a look.
